These terms govern your use of proscoutaiq.com (the "Site"), operated by Brincore LLC. The ProScoutAIQ application itself, when generally available at app.proscoutaiq.com, is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about ProScoutAIQ. You agree not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it to spam our waitlist.

Waitlist signup

By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you consent to receive occasional email updates from Brincore LLC about ProScoutAIQ early access and launch. You can opt out at any time by emailing sdenney@brincore.com.

Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, design, logos, and marks, is the property of Brincore LLC. "ProScoutAIQ" is our brand. Don't use it for anything that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about its uptime, accuracy of marketing claims (we try, we're human), or fitness for any particular purpose. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts where Brincore LLC is registered.

We may update these terms; the date above will reflect the change.
