Pick a player, choose the notes and seasons, pick the audience — D1 coordinator or pro front office — and generate a structured report you control. Every stat is provenanced. Nothing is invented.
Seven-tier hierarchy from Local Scout to GM. Each role sees the right view: scouts submit looks, cross-checkers verify, directors resolve dissent, front office runs the board.
Multiple scouts grade a player. Weighted formula by role (Area Scout 40%, Cross-Checker 30%, Director 20%, National CC 10%) computes the consensus. 10+ point gaps trigger dissent justification.

Generate a one-page PDF or tokenized share link for any player — bio, key stats, scouting summary, projection. Optional expiry. Every share is logged with a scout-approval timestamp.
Voice capture and generated reports work in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean — the languages professional baseball runs in. A scout dictates in Portuguese; the report reads in English for the director. The app interface itself is English, with parts in Spanish.

Row-level security on every table, so one club cannot read another even if the application asks. Every AI generation is logged. A 40-check security suite runs against every change, and it exists because each of those checks is guarding something that broke once.
