Privacy Policy
Brincore LLC ("we," "our," "us") operates ProScoutAIQ and proscoutaiq.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We wrote it in plain language because pretending otherwise helps no one.
What we collect
- Waitlist signups. Email address, optional organization name, persona, signup source, UTM tags, browser user-agent, and timestamp.
- Demo and inquiry emails. Whatever you send us when you email sdenney@brincore.com.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources, country, device type, and aggregate engagement on proscoutaiq.com. GA4 sets first-party cookies; we have IP-anonymization on by default and we do not enable Google Ads remarketing. We do not link analytics events to identified user data.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access, demos, and product updates you signed up for.
- To prioritize outreach (e.g., front-office signups get earlier contact because pilots take longer to scope).
- To improve the product and the site based on aggregate usage patterns.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
- We do not train AI models on scout data, observations, or reports produced inside ProScoutAIQ.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers or remarketing pixels on this site.
Who handles your data
Waitlist records are stored in Supabase (Postgres, US region). Email delivery is handled by industry-standard transactional email providers under strict zero-training policies. Analytics is cookieless. Hosting is with Vercel.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time. Email sdenney@brincore.com with the address you signed up with and we'll remove it within 14 days.
Updates
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above and email waitlist members.
